Knowledge of electrical installation standards, codes, and quality control processes.
Medium work environment. Indoor and outdoor work with exposure to uncomfortable and hazardous physical, ergonomic, and/or emotional environment. Work requires lifting up to 50 pounds and wearing protective equipment; exposure to environmental conditions, weather, climbing, crawling, lying, and working under pressure.
Seven (7) years of experience in a related field, with supervisory experience a plus.
Ability to mentor and support field leadership in quality control best practices.
Knowledge of software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, KPA, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM360, Revit, and Navisworks.
Completion of a state-recognized electrical apprenticeship.
Background in electrical field leadership or quality control auditing.
Experience using advanced project management and quality control software such as BIM360, Revit, and Navisworks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
Skill in verbal and written communication for effective collaboration with field teams and management.
