- Prepare technical reports and recommendations
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients while meeting their high expectations
- Establish project scopes and draft proposals
- Lead and coordinate technical teams to ensure project success
- Promote BBA services to potential clients
- Serve as an ambassador for the team to other departments
- Identify client needs for new business opportunities and ongoing projects
- Use your professional network to generate business opportunities
- Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals
- Serve as a technical reference on the team
- Design, install and maintain IT/OT infrastructures (networks, servers, virtualization, fibre optics, wireless)

- Five to ten years of relevant experience
- Caring mindset that puts people first
- Knowledge of fibre optics operating principles (single-mode, multi-mode, connections, mitigation, etc.)
- Asset: experience with operational technologies (OT)
- Advanced level of English to collaborate effectively with BBA offices and/or clients outside Québec. The frequency of English use may range from occasional to daily, depending on ongoing projects
- Ability to share and pass on knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, routing, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- Experience with network equipment: switches, routers, firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, HP, Aruba, etc.)
- Asset: any recognized certifications (Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Microsoft, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree or DCS in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, automated production engineering, telecommunications or network administration, or any other relevant training
- Experience in administering Windows (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs) and/or Linux servers
- Experience in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, etc.)
- Asset: experience with structured cabling and fibre optic installation (splices, fibre certification, OLTS & OTDR)
