Responsible for implementing and sustaining the site supervision quality & safety assurance system.
Work closely with Professional Engineers, Regulatory Authorities and Contractors to provide planning, coordination, supervision and handover, not only to solve site problems, but also to ensure timely completion of the projects.
To carry out regular site checks on contractor & ensure compliance with health and work safety in accordance with all Authorities regulations.
Ensure that proper site documentation for ongoing works, site meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, as built submissions etc., are well managed.
Assist Consultant’s PM/ SOR to coordinate for the site activities, to verify the Contractor’s works progress and claims.
Assist on site to ensure that all works comply fully with regulatory and client's requirements.

Diploma/ Degree in C&S Engineering with valid Resident Technical Officer (RTO) certificate from IES, Singapore.
Strong knowledge of Authorities and Client requirements and regulation for construction.
Min. 3 to 5 years’ site working experience as RTO in Singapore for Civil Engineering projects.
