Based in Boston, the Senior Bridge Engineer will work alongside industry experts to tackle complex technical challenges and shape infrastructure excellence across the Northeast. The role involves leading structural design for bridges, tunnels, and related transportation projects while collaborating with state agencies, municipalities, and design‑build contractors.
- Lead structural design of complex and conventional transportation infrastructure, including bridges, tunnels, and walls.
- Oversee and review engineering reports, calculations, and drawings for accuracy and compliance.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Collaborate with state agencies, municipalities, and design/build contractors to develop tailored solutions.
- Support business development by leading or assisting proposals, engaging clients, and presenting innovative solutions.

- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred) and 8+ years of bridge and transportation design experience.
- Maintain a Professional Engineer (PE) license, preferably from Massachusetts.
- Proficient in Excel, Mathcad, AutoCAD/MicroStation, and structural analysis software such as SAP2000, CSI Bridge, VBridge, LEAP Bridge, and LPile.
- Experience with MassDOT projects is highly preferred.
