- Continuously improve workflows, standard operating procedures, and safety standards.
- Lead and mentor drone pilots on FAA regulations, operational best practices, and safety protocols.
- Develop deep expertise in LiDAR data acquisition and emerging industry technology.
- Acquire LiDAR data using UAVs and mobile platforms; process raw data into point clouds.
- Maintain and troubleshoot LiDAR systems, UAVs, and related equipment.
- Assist in managing the Drone Program, including pilot training, certifications, and compliance.
- Coordinate with Survey Project Managers to continuously improve workflow and deliverable accuracy.

- The ability to work a regular schedule of 730AM - 530PM Mon-Thurs and 730AM - 1130AM Fri, occasional evenings and weekends may be required
- Working knowledge of FAA Drone Regulations including Airspace.
- Knowledge of LiDAR Systems and Land Surveying related practices.
