As a Membership Support Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality experience to members and candidates throughout their professional journey. You'll act as an ambassador for RICS, providing expert guidance and support across multiple communication channels.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries, including finance-related issues
Contribute to service improvements through feedback and testing
Provide specialist advise and promote RICS products and services
Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in line with SLAs and service standards
Maintain accurate member records and ensure data integrity
