Provide pricing, lead time, and inventory recommendations to the Regional Parts Manager based on market feedback and assist with various tasks to enhance the Marketing and Sales Department’s effectiveness.
Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to create innovative solutions and initiate activities by entering orders into the ERP System.
Leverage tactical and strategic tools to optimize order intake and profitability, while supporting regional forecasting and business improvement initiatives.
Foster client satisfaction through relationship-building, collaborative selling, and prompt issue resolution, escalating when necessary.
Prepare and deliver proposals and formal bids in line with pricing guidelines, ensuring timely responses to meet client expectations.
Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with clients to secure business opportunities while utilizing Sales Force (CRM Tool) to pursue sales leads.

Willingness to travel up to 15% domestic and international to customer sites.
A minimum of 2+ years of experience in parts operations, marketing & sales and/or customer service or equivalent field. Those with more experience may be considered for a more senior level.
Working knowledge and understanding of Siemens/Dresser-Rand’s Oil & Gas products, services and equipment or Steam Turbines, Trenton Legacy Products and/or Gimpel Valves
Experience with Oracle and/or SAP
Fluent in a second language
Bachelor’s degree in business or related curriculum
Ability to read and interpret drawings and bills of materials
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints to meet deadlines while being detail-oriented
Associate's degree in business or technical field, or High School Diploma/GED and appropriate technical experience (such as reading drawings, looking at manuals and viewing specifications).
Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills in the English language
Experience with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
