What you would be doing

Utilize and update the company Mobile Management Information Systems for all work carried out.
At times keeping accurate records utilizing both the companys mobile management platform and our clients systems.
Plant and access equipment cards e.g., PASMA, IPAF Card.
To perform all tasks in a safe working manner, following statutory guidelines, company policies, Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
To provide call out cover on a rota basis.

Confidence and knowledge in carrying out Mechanical works within a Commercial/Industrial setting including Hospitals, Factories, Colleges, Schools, Public and Buildings
Experience of working on a broad range of Commercial Mechanical Systems.
High standard of housekeeping, material handling and safety at all times.
Possess a valid, clean driving license.
To perform works to a high standard, showing initiative and enthusiasm.
NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent.
Proactive approach to delivering projects in an efficient and effective manner, with confidence working to a program.
Excellent customer care and interpersonal skills.
A good standard with attention to detail.
Commercial Gas Safe.
To be able to work within a team environment including alongside other contractors and disciplines.
Full driving license.
OFTEC qualified.
An ability to be open, honest and be able to work as part of a high performance team.
HVAC experience.
Be able to work with your own initiative, showing a flexible and problem-solving approach.
Excellent communications skills.
Hold a relevant valid CSR Card.
