We are seeking a dynamic technical leader to drive innovation, strategy, and excellence across our Low and Medium Voltage Power Circuit Breaker product lines. This role will lead global engineering teams in new product development, process improvement, and technical leadership to support business growth and industry leadership.

The leader will develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business goals, lead innovation initiatives, and manage intellectual property development. They will guide global teams through the full product lifecycle using PROLaunch, approve requirements, lead design reviews, and ensure technical integrity across projects.

Continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, and capabilities is essential, along with promoting digital engineering practices and advanced analysis techniques. The role also involves building subject‑matter expertise, leading training programs, monitoring industry standards, representing the company in professional organizations, and coordinating cross‑regional initiatives with APAC and EMEA teams to develop platform technologies.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred) and have at least 10 years of product design engineering experience, including 5 years in industrial power distribution products and 3 years leading engineering teams or technology strategy. Additional qualifications include 15+ years of engineering product design experience, Six Sigma training and certification, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, and proven ability to act as a change agent.

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s preferred.
Minimum 10 years of product design engineering experience, including 5 years in industrial power distribution and 3 years leading engineering teams.
15+ years of engineering product design experience with Six Sigma certification.
Demonstrated ability to lead technology development roadmaps and act as a change agent.
Strong analytical, creative, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
