Shimmick Construction is seeking an experienced Office Management Specialist to provide onsite day‑to‑day support for the Murray Street Bridge Project in Santa Cruz, CA. This role is essential for maintaining smooth project operations on a high‑visibility seismic retrofit initiative.
Applicants must pass a pre‑employment substance‑abuse test, and the role does not provide sponsorship for United States work authorization or relocation assistance. The position requires a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience and at least two years of relevant work history.
- Minimum qualification: BA/BS and at least 2 years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
- Preferred qualifications: payroll experience and prior construction site experience.
