Vice President of Construction

This is a strategic leadership position responsible for the full lifecycle of multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll oversee multiple project teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality projects exceeding $50M in value.

• Oversee project delivery from concept through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability
• Partner with Development, Design, and Finance teams to align budgets, schedules, and execution plans
• Lead all construction operations for multifamily projects across Ohio and surrounding states
• Implement best practices, cost controls, and long-term growth strategies for the construction division
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and trade partners
• Manage Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents, and Preconstruction teams

As they continue to expand their Ohio footprint, they’re seeking an accomplished Vice President of Construction to oversee all aspects of construction operations across large-scale, ground-up multifamily developments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Ability to lead teams with integrity, collaboration, and operational excellence
• Strong financial acumen, contract negotiation, and team leadership skills
• Proven background in multifamily or mixed-use projects exceeding $50M
• Experience leading multiple large projects simultaneously
• 15+ years of progressive construction management experience

💰 Base Salary: $175,000 – $225,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Equity Potential
