Lead our corporate governance strategy and embed it across the business
Develop frameworks that meet regulatory standards and promote transparency
Champion ethical decision-making and continuous improvement in governance

Experience supporting boards and developing governance policies
Experience in corporate governance in a large, complex organisation
A degree in law, business, public policy or equivalent experience
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks
