Tasks

-Support the executive team with clear, timely governance advice -Lead our corporate governance strategy and embed it across the business -Develop frameworks that meet regulatory standards and promote transparency -Champion ethical decision-making and continuous improvement in governance -You’ll manage your own diary -Build strong relationships with board and committee members

What You Bring

-Experience supporting boards and developing governance policies -Experience in corporate governance in a large, complex organisation -A degree in law, business, public policy or equivalent experience -Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills -Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks
