  • Respond to all enquiries in line with agreed service level standards.
  • Ensure all lettings and tenant data systems are accurately maintained and up to date for effective reporting.
  • Assist the Lettings Property Manager with arrears management and rent review processes.
  • Liaise with residents in a professional, friendly, and solution-focused manner.
  • Support the Lettings Property Manager in maintaining high occupancy levels and minimising vacancy rates.
  • Coordinate and manage all maintenance requests from residents, ensuring timely resolution. Coordinate and provide resident events alongside the onsite team.
  • Deliver first-class customer service to both residents and prospective applicants.
  • Support the wider management team with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as required.
  • Support Property Manager with co-ordinating viewings and routine inspections as required.
  • Ensuring RTB records are kept up to date and that registrations are completed in a timely manner.

  • Must have the ability to learn and implement a new computer system
  • Good communicator and negotiation skills
  • Administrative Lettings & Tenant Management experience is not essential but desirable

  • Excellent communication skills displaying sensitivities to and understanding of residents’ needs
  • Must be Word and Excel proficient
