Join GFL Environmental, a company dedicated to cleaner, safer, and more sustainable communities. As a Parts Administrator you will work behind the scenes to keep the fleet running efficiently, supporting technicians and operations teams in a fast‑paced environment.
In this role you will manage the daily parts inventory, order and receive supplies, conduct cycle counts, and track usage, costs and warranties within our maintenance systems. You will liaise with vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure timely deliveries while providing research and availability support to mechanics and maintenance leadership.
The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma (or higher education) and brings at least two years of experience in parts administration or inventory control for heavy‑duty trucks or equipment. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with fleet maintenance software, are essential.
