The Commercial Operations Fulfilment Analyst is responsible for advisory, planning, end‑to‑end orchestration and execution of commercial contracts from initiation to close. The role ensures customer commitments are met timely and with quality, while maintaining company compliance and contributing to global initiatives that simplify, scale and transform revenue performance and customer experience.
Key responsibilities include liaising with external and internal customers, analyzing needs, managing timelines, handling sensitive contracting information, gathering requirements and creating work plans, solving commercial problems, and producing contractual paperwork in compliance with policies. The analyst also engages cross‑functional stakeholders for approvals, facilitates non‑standard agreement language, escalates variances, and supports onboarding and global projects.
- Liaise with external and internal customers to provide guidance, analyze needs, and manage timelines.
- Handle sensitive contracting information with exceptional due diligence.
- Gather customer requirements and translate them into custom analyses and work plans.
- Solve commercial problems and evaluate solutions using experience, precedents, and multi‑source analysis.
- Create and execute contractual paperwork, exhibits, and schedules in compliance with policies and service levels.
- Engage cross‑functional stakeholders to obtain approvals and coordinate dependent activities.
- Facilitate non‑standard agreement language, redlines, and dialogue between Equinix and customers.
- Escalate process variances and obtain management approvals as needed.
- Assist with onboarding new team members and contribute to global programs or lead functional projects.
- Maintain and update organizational tools, data, and assets to support daily operations.
- Work independently, set priorities, create plans, solve roadblocks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualified candidates have at least five years of relevant B2B experience supporting external customers, quote‑to‑cash processes or business operations. They possess strong planning, analytical and problem‑solving abilities, excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, and are comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders across regions. Proficiency with CRM, ERP, BI tools and MS Office, self‑motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment are essential.
- Provide at least five years of B2B experience supporting quote‑to‑cash or business operations.
- Demonstrate strong planning, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Exhibit excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.
- Proficient with corporate tools such as CRM, ERP, BI, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Spanish fluency with a good command of English (LATM).
