Assist the Foreman with executing job plans, maintaining productivity, and mentoring junior crew members
Operate hand tools, heat welders, and other roofing equipment safely and efficiently
Install single-ply heat-weldable commercial roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, and similar membranes
Participate in daily job setup, tear-off, staging, and final cleanup
Identify and report any safety or quality concerns to the Foreman
Represent Superior Services R.S.H., Inc. with integrity and professionalism on every job site

Perform skilled detail work such as corners, penetrations, edge metals, and terminations
Ability to read basic job drawings and follow instructions from a Foreman
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in quality craftsmanship
Proficiency with heat-weldable membranes and performing detailed installation work
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights
2+ years of experience installing commercial single-ply roofing systems (TPO, PVC, etc.)
Valid driver's license preferred (Chauffeur or CDL license a plus)
