Will need to efficiently model and document theproject.
Setup of Revit views, view templates, and filters following Rosendin Standards.
Perform layout and input from field details into Revit in accordance with REI Standards.
Lead modeling efforts on assigned scope
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
Document progress of assigned work following project standards
Work with the Lead Modeler/Supervisor in developing Revit Families either for the revised standards or for a specific project’s needs.

Ability to follow REI BIM processes, procedures, and standards including workflow
Ability to read2Dplans, electronically or hard copy, including one-lines, lighting schedules, panel schedules, and feeder schedules
Effective self-management
Understanding of 3D coordination with other trade
Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike
High school Diploma or equivalent required. An associate degree preferred in Computerized Drafting field
Self-motivated, proactive, and an effective team player
Understanding of working within Revit work sharing environments
Knowledge of industry standard software, including but not limited to BlueBeam, Autodesk Cloud products, and NavisWorks.
Work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
Capable of successfully performing all tasks of a BIM Modeler I
Able to import documents, such as spreadsheets, photos, images, and word processing files, into Revit projects
Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
Knowledge of Revit, with the ability to create and manipulate views, browser structure, sheets, schedules, filters, and similar
Type, proofread, spell check work without supervision
Minimum 2 years’ total experience with knowledge of electrical symbols and electrical drafting conventions and standards
General work environment – sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
