  • Maintain a high standard of quality control, troubleshooting and resolving design and equipment issues quickly.
  • Serve as a key liaison between design, field, and deployment teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Research and problem-solve cable paths, placement issues, and routing alternatives to ensure design accuracy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop new initiatives and process improvements that enhance network design quality and speed.
  • Review, approve, and deliver final design packages to clients.
  • Lead and refine the end-to-end fiber design review process, ensuring designs are build-ready, efficient, and compliant.
  • Oversee production of efficient designs for new builds, relocations, and network upgrades.
  • Manage engineering vendors, monitor workloads, and ensure production meets milestone commitments.

We’re looking for a Fiber Design Review Coordinator who can blend technical precision with strategic thinking to deliver fast, accurate, and high-quality FTTH designs from concept to completion. If you’re passionate about driving innovation, improving processes, and collaborating across teams to keep projects on track — this is where you can make your mark.

  • Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Deep understanding of OSP architectures, fiber optic systems, and splicing operations.
  • Proficiency with GIS systems (3-GIS), AutoCAD, and other design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of BOM and SS creation, permitting processes, and ROW/easement requirements.
  • Working familiarity with Google Suite, MS Office, and Google Earth/Maps.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of FTTH infrastructure experience, including OSP/ISP fiber construction.
  • Proven communication and presentation skills — comfortable interfacing with both technical teams and leadership.
