The ideal candidate has at least four years of consultant or client experience in sectors such as hospitality, residential, buildings, or infrastructure, and is proficient with QS software like Cost X. Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and technical writing skills in English are essential.
Applicants should hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, possess a minimum of five years post‑degree experience in contracts and commercial management, and preferably have prior exposure to FIDIC contracts.
