Reporting to the Accounts Manager, this role plays an important part in maintaining the financial health of our operations, with a particular focus on maintaining the strong relationships with our stakeholders across both the business and externally.
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships
- Assist in the preparation of weekly and end of month payment runs
- Perform timely and accurate processing of supplier and subcontractor invoices, employee expense reimbursements and corporate credit card transactions
- Ensure AP procedures are documented and reviewed on a periodic basis

McIlwain are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to support our AP team in delivering the accurate, timely and efficient processing of invoices, credit card transactions and expense reimbursements.
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical and criminal history check
- Experience in using COINS or robust ERP systems
- Experience with supplier data management
- Applications will only be accepted from candidates who have the right to work in Australia
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Fleet Administration experience desirable but not mandatory
- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable function
