Develop training content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, maintaining a consistent and cohesive voice across all platforms.
In this role, you will facilitate content development and manage continuous reviews and updates. You will be responsible for planning and creating new content and maintaining existing content across multiple platforms. You will work closely with subject matter experts and content owners from various departments.
Identify training content gaps and evaluate existing materials for opportunities to streamline and repurpose information.
Produce engaging, easy-to-understand content that speaks to the target audience and aligns with organizational standards.
Collaborate with content owners and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs.
Develop and maintain self-guided training materials and other learning resources.
Coordinate and track training content creation, updates, reviews, and publishing processes.
Assist in the production of on-demand learning materials, including recordings, video lessons, and interactive modules
Plan, design, and deliver monthly technical training sessions in both live and virtual formats.
Develop multiple content types including SOPs, user guides, best practice documents, and multimedia-based training.
Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively prioritize
While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment, and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Experience in the AEC industry preferred
Experience using Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline) and multimedia authoring tools
Experience with graphic design and video creation/editing preferred
Content management, content design, and technical writing experience
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience working effectively with virtual and cross-functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with team members at all levels of the organization
