What you would be doing

Assist in inspection and condition coding of items before storage or disposition.
Coordinate staging and movement of items into designated warehouse or yard areas.
Support preparation for Property Accountability Reviews (PARs) and audits.
Check turn-in documents (DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts) for completeness and accuracy.
Perform location surveys, bin checks, and cyclic inventories to maintain accountability.
Receive and verify equipment and materiel turned in from Army units.
Input and update property transactions in Army logistics systems such as GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP.
Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing equipment for shipment or redistribution.
Maintain warehouse logs, inventory control sheets, and daily activity records.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other MHE to safely move and stage equipment.
Store, organize, and maintain items in warehouse locations in compliance with DA PAM 710-2-1 and AR 735-5.
Resolve discrepancies in documentation and coordinate corrections with supervisors.
Provide assistance to unit supply personnel delivering equipment to the site.
Support coordination with transportation personnel for outbound shipments.
Ensure safe handling of hazardous materials and compliance with environmental regulations.
Support audit readiness through accurate recordkeeping in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
Maintain segregation of serviceable, unserviceable, HAZMAT, and sensitive items.

Ability to read and process Army documentation (DA and DD forms).
Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and teamwork skills.
Army supply/property accountability regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-21).
Must have a valid state driver's license for the state of North Carolina w/proof of insurance.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in logistics or supply preferred.
Familiarity with Army turn-in and supply procedures highly desirable.
