Accounts Payable Analyst II

Description

The Accounts Payable Analyst II – Payments role ensures accurate, efficient and compliant AP and payment operations. Reporting to the finance team, you will manage end‑to‑end payment processes, maintain strong financial controls, and support continuous improvement across the AP function.

• Identify and resolve AP issues while maintaining updated SOPs.
• Prepare reports for payments, audits and compliance.
• Perform process analysis, troubleshoot discrepancies and manage exceptions.
• Ensure data accuracy and adherence to internal controls in SAP and related systems.
• Execute domestic and international payments (wire, ACH, check) while maintaining controls.
• Review and validate invoices, credit/debit notes and expense reports in SAP.
• Resolve rejected payments and coordinate with Treasury for fund confirmations and urgent approvals.
• Monitor overdue items, support SLA adherence and manage ServiceNow/Taulia tickets.
• Maintain accurate records in SAP and VIM for smooth AP operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with quality and audit standards.
• Act as an AP subject‑matter expert, share knowledge and train team members.

Requirements

• Required: 5+ years AP/payment processing experience, SAP proficiency, intermediate Excel, BCom/MBA or similar degree.
