The Aeroderivative Fleet Product Manager reports to the Aeroderivative Product Management Leader and is tasked with owning services campaigns across the Aeroderivative product line. The role requires collaboration with aero services business lines, sales teams, AAJV, engineering, and platform managers to align strategy and execution.
Key duties include managing the Multi‑Generation Product Plan for the turbine portfolio, driving fleet‑wide service initiatives such as bulletin roll‑outs and upgrades, and commercializing the upgrades catalog with supporting marketing and value‑calculation tools. The manager also partners with commercial teams to create long‑term agreements for peaking and data‑center customers, develops processes to accelerate service strategy deployment, and builds outage forecasting models based on fleet operations and reliability metrics. Leveraging fleet event data, the role translates insights into reliability improvements, acts as the voice of the customer for product enhancements, and provides analytics that guide strategy and capital allocation.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, and for U.S. applicants, bring at least five years of gas‑turbine technology experience plus four years in a leadership capacity within product, engineering, or program management. Desired attributes include strong team‑building and problem‑solving abilities, creative “blue‑sky” thinking, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the capability to operate effectively in a global, cross‑functional environment. Deep technical, business, and financial analysis expertise in the power‑generation market is also valued.
The position offers a salary range of $134,000 to $223,400, with potential geographic differentials and a discretionary annual bonus.
