The Order‑to‑Delivery Manufacturing Manager oversees the entire manufacturing flow from order receipt through delivery, ensuring that customer expectations, quality standards, profitability goals, and employee commitments are consistently met.
In this role, the manager collaborates with functional managers, sales, and operations leadership to align operational development, drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, on‑time delivery, productivity and training, and maintains awareness of project schedules throughout the value stream to meet critical deadlines.
Key duties include designing efficient equipment layouts, conducting weekly allocation meetings, resolving operational issues, performing performance reviews and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy, and establishing standard work across all value streams while solving complex, variable‑rich problems and interpreting diverse instructions.
The position requires 3‑5 years of production management experience with strong forecasting and inventory analysis skills, a BS in Engineering or Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred), proven Lean and value‑stream mapping expertise, management experience in engineering or manufacturing environments, and proficiency in scheduling, inventory control, and computer tools, with bilingual English‑Spanish ability preferred.
