Identify potential risks and challenges; develop and implement mitigation strategies.
Build relationships across HR to become a trusted resource in project management.
Communicate project updates, manage expectations, and address concerns effectively.
Prepare and present project updates, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and expectations.
Conduct post-project reviews and share lessons learned.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Contribute to PMO process enhancements and toolkit development.
Define success criteria for projects and ensure delivery through to completion.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including charters, status reports, and evaluations.
Coach, guide, and motivate stakeholders to move projects forward.
Support change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and minimal business disruption.
Develop comprehensive project plans and manage milestones.
For larger, complex projects, partner with the internal change management team to develop and execute comprehensive adoption strategies.
For smaller projects, use the self-solve toolkit to create change plans that drive adoption.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
Experience with Change Management
Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Experience with planning Projects (defining project plans and manage milestones)
8-10+ years of Progressive Human Resources experience with additional experience leading and managing large, complex HR projects within the PMO framework Experience with project management tools
Understanding of HR practices, policies, and regulations
PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
