In this role you will drive planning processes, oversee schedule integration, and ensure accurate field progress reporting while working closely with site leadership and scheduling teams.
- Implement and improve the Last Planner System alongside the General Superintendent.
- Break down Level 3 schedules into component work packages for integration.
- Monitor progress, adjust sequencing when constraints arise, and supervise the production tracking (WiP) team.
- Ensure daily field progress is captured by WiP Coordinators and fed to schedulers.
- Collaborate with site superintendents and the scheduling team to identify impacts and opportunities early.
- Continuously refine processes and update documentation for improvement.

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent with 10‑15 years (or 20 years) of experience.
- Demonstrated communication and people‑skills; strong critical‑thinking ability.
- Proficient with Windows Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and experienced using the Last Planner System.
- Preferred: 10‑hour OSHA certification, Data Center electrical/connectivity knowledge, Power BI/DAX expertise, turnaround/shutdown project experience, and prior team‑management experience.
