Minimum of 8 years of applicable design experience.
Good communication skills and a proven track record in successfully interacting with clients and internal team members are necessary.
Excellence in written communication, quantitative analysis, graphic design, urban design, presenting, and critical thinking skills.
Professional licensure required.
Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in landscape architecture.
Previous project management experience required.
Experience in leading and mentoring staff for career development and advancement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD Civil 3D or Revit, and / or GIS software desired.
Experience with business development activities such as marketing, proposals and client development.
