Tasks

-Plan and deliver events: Organise and host a calendar of community activities using our engagement tools and vehicles, creating memorable, positive experiences for customers. -Be the expert: Develop a strong understanding of our services from metering and billing to water efficiency, financial support, and community initiatives. -Engage and influence: Communicate confidently with customers, stakeholders, and businesses answering questions, raising awareness, and inspiring sustainable water use. -Listen and learn: Gather insights and feedback to help shape our future communications and improve the overall customer journey.
