Description

Follow safety rules, guidelines, and standards for all projects.
Review of reports and plans prepared within the office.
Assist with/review scope, budget, and schedule of new project tasks.
Plan, assign and supervise work assignments.
Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects.
Work with engineering team on the production of design drawings.
Participate in team meetings, all staff meetings, and other non-billable planning sessions.
Write and review/approve reports and specifications and make presentations.
Coordinate with local and nationwide teams for project delivery.
Develop and apply advanced engineering solutions to complex problems.
Liaise with clients and agencies, subcontractors, and design teams on projects.
Provide cost estimates and budget projections for technical proposals.
Plan, organize, and execute evaluations and investigations.
Coordinate and manage any field survey tasks and personnel.
Prepare design reports and plans using local and state standards.
Perform independent research and analysis for significant and complex engineering projects.
Contribute to company standard detail and specification development and updates.
Engage with clients, managers, and members of the team to define and achieve a successful outcome.
Conduct field studies and surveys to collect technical data.
Evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques and procedures.

Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in civil engineering, engineering technology, or equivalent experience.
A leader and problem solver with a demonstrated collaborative work ethic.
Experience with advanced math.
Strict attention to detail.
Demonstrated skill in project design.
Experience with AutoCAD (Civil 3D), Adobe, Microsoft, and other Civil design software.
Willingness to travel to site locations is expected.
