Olsson delivers multidisciplinary design services for mixed-use, commercial, residential, industrial, sports, schools, and other site development projects. The Senior Civil Engineer role in Plano or Fort Worth provides technical support, advises on complex projects, may manage projects, and mentors staff.

Lead engineer on complex projects, delivering high‑level technical design
Execute QA/QC plans for the team
Mentor and train staff to elevate technical expertise

Supervise/direct professionals and technical staff in design approaches
Review contracts with administrative support
