You are ideally a recent graduate in Hospitality & Tourism (or a related field), with a strong desire to grow and advance in the hospitality industry.

Upon successfully finishing the ULP program, you may be given the chance to obtain a permanent full-time position within the department, at the same property.

During their programme, our candidates will have a dedicated mentor from the business, to support and guide the start of their career with us.
Our Food & Beverage Ultimate Leaders will join us for a minimum of 12 months, which can be extended to 18 months, where they will do rotations in different areas for a period of 3 to 6 months each.
