Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and responsiveness.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies proactively.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Conduct regular customer visits and virtual meetings to strengthen engagement and loyalty.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the province.
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in electrical products.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of the electrical distribution market in Saskatchewan.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
