Uploads data from site surveys into CRM
Updates global database by request and provides reports
Accountable for site visits and surveying the equipment in according to KONE standards, respecting safety rules
Takes measurements and completes the necessary documentation and pictures requested
Takes part in client and internal meetings, work groups, related to quality and technical issues, provides technical recommendations, maintains excellent relationships with customers

Previous experience in lift service/maintenance/installation ideally with old model of lifts
Strong customer skills
Curious attitude towards equipment and environment
Technical knowledge within the Lift Industry on various types/manufacturers of equipment
Knowledge of Safety and Maintenance actions (for example: how to access the machine room, shaft, stop the lift etc.)
