We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Structural Lead to work in our Nashville Office and oversee all structural engineering efforts in Tennessee. In this pivotal role, you will have the unique opportunity to lead and mentor a growing team of talented engineers, driving the success of numerous high-impact projects. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of our structural engineering initiatives, not only within Tennessee but also across multiple states.
- Familiar with DOT Design Guidelines and Standards, AASHTO LRFD Design Guidelines.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience working with TDOT, preferred.
- 10-20 years of progressive bridge/structural design experience.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software such as OpenBridge Designer, Merlin, Leap Steal, CSI Bridge or other similar bridge design software.
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- Strong verbal communication and analytical skills.
- Licensed Structural Engineer in Tennessee, preferred.
- Proficiency in Microstation, OpenBridge Modeler, InRoads and/or Open Roads Designer.
