Assess the safety performance of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with company safety standards and expectations.

Health and Safety Certification: Possession of a relevant safety certification such as NCSO is required.
Candidates with previous experience in tunneling environments, including underground stations and tunnel boring machine (TBM) operations, will be strongly preferred.
Familiarity with COR or ISO 45001: Basic knowledge or exposure to either COR auditing or ISO 45001 standard
Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial to effectively liaise with subcontractors, site teams, and regulatory bodies.
Significant experience in supporting health and safety operations within heavy civil construction projects is essential.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with industry-standard safety management software and tools is also preferred to ensure efficient safety monitoring and reporting.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience on Major projects similar to Light Rail transit and tunnel experience
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
