Support for project teams in organizing workflows and approvals.
Prepare transmittals, distribute documents using PMWeb, and retrieve documents through PMWeb software.
May be assigned training duties to train new staff on document controls procedures.
The control, scanning, indexing, linking, hardcopy filing and distribution of documents in PMWeb. This includes internal records of the Airports Development Group (ADG), and those processed with external entities such as City Agencies, consultants, and contractors. Manage flow of records to project participants distribution, including correspondence, technical submittals, project reports, Requests for Information, and contract plans and specifications.
Assist the Project Manager, the Construction Manager, and the Project Team in all matters relative to project records and the control and distribution of documents in PMWeb.
Participation in project meetings, as necessary.
May be designated as a lead Document Control Technician on a project or element.

Must possess a “can-do” attitude: able to produce consistently accurate results at a fast pace.
Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
Previous experience managing a Document Control effort for a large-scale ($25M+), construction project or program required. Experience in a large-scale, billion-dollar public-sector construction program highly desirable.
Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Professional required
Proven accuracy, reliability, and completeness in job accomplishment. Demonstrated success on the job, as evidenced by satisfactory performance, acceptance of responsibility, and growth in previous positions.
Maybe required to work various shifts as needed
Must have a self-starter attitude with proactive, results-oriented focus; and willing and capable to assume additional responsibilities.
Must be detail oriented and highly organized
Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of software products, Ex. Excel, Word, etc.
5-10 years’ experience with document processing and data management. Document processing experience at large international airports preferred
Must be sensitive to time deadlines, ensure that work is accomplished in the time frames required, and must be flexible and able to readily adapt to changing priorities.
Must live within commuting distance of the job site
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat is required.
Experience with large-scale Document Control Software is preferred, PMWeb and/or Documentum highly desirable.
Previous experience in a construction environment is highly desirable.
Must be able to interface with a variety of people with different technical levels and educational backgrounds; must be detail-oriented and highly organized; and must be able to produce accurate and timely results while maintaining a positive customer-service attitude.
Two-year technical degree
Demonstrated experience with routine Document Control hardware and software, such as scanners, optical character recognition.
Must be able to occasionally wrap, lift, and move boxes/packages of up to 40-pounds
