• Rate Analysis and Estimation
• BOQ preparation of the project
• Preparation of Price Adjustment statement on RA Bills
• Reviewing construction plans/drawings
• Preparation of Work Orders /amendment orders.
• Preparation Of BBS (bar bending schedule)
• Preparation of budgets, uploading, and working is SAP

Requirements

• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry.
• Should be able to work with SAP / AutoCAD
• Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets; strong estimating and financial analysis skills.
