Overview
Founded 1997
Year Established
The company was established in 1997 by two engineers, marking the beginning of its journey to challenge conventional engineering norms.
Blending technical rigor and creative freedom, they deliver projects from civil infrastructure to water systems and structural design.
They handle master‑planned communities, bridges, hydraulic facilities, and survey/mapping across California and Nevada.
Family‑style offices—from Sacramento to Reno—support hands‑on guidance by senior principals throughout each project.
They balance budgets, deadlines, and environmental constraints while championing on‑the‑edge, cost‑effective solutions.
Stand‑out projects include large mixed‑use master‑plans, seismic retrofits of bridges, and hydraulic systems in public agencies.
Their story reflects growth through relationships: deep client trust, sustained leadership, and an entrepreneurial workplace culture.
