  • Analyze SHE performance data and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and stakeholders
  • Stay current with emerging SHE trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the organization
  • Develop and deliver SHE training programs for employees at all levels of the organization
  • Oversee incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action plans
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable SHE laws, regulations, and standards in Saudi Arabia and internationally
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize workplace hazards
  • Develop and implement strategic SHE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulations
  • Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and represent the company in SHE-related matters
  • Collaborate with senior management to integrate SHE considerations into business decisions and operations
  • Lead and mentor a team of SHE professionals, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement

  • Proficiency in SHE management systems and software
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of local and international SHE regulations and standards
  • Project management skills and experience in managing complex SHE initiatives
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CSP, CMIOSH, or NEBOSH
  • Expertise in risk assessment, incident investigation, and root cause analysis
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing SHE policies and procedures
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in SHE management, with a proven track record of successful program implementation
  • Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
