- Analyze SHE performance data and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging SHE trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the organization
- Develop and deliver SHE training programs for employees at all levels of the organization
- Oversee incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action plans
- Ensure compliance with all applicable SHE laws, regulations, and standards in Saudi Arabia and internationally
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize workplace hazards
- Develop and implement strategic SHE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulations
- Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and represent the company in SHE-related matters
- Collaborate with senior management to integrate SHE considerations into business decisions and operations
- Lead and mentor a team of SHE professionals, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement

- Proficiency in SHE management systems and software
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- In-depth knowledge of local and international SHE regulations and standards
- Project management skills and experience in managing complex SHE initiatives
- Relevant professional certifications such as CSP, CMIOSH, or NEBOSH
- Expertise in risk assessment, incident investigation, and root cause analysis
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing SHE policies and procedures
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in SHE management, with a proven track record of successful program implementation
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
