- A minimum of 9 months of experience in apartment leasing or property management is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with auto-insurance for work use.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office products and Yardi.
- Exceptional customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
