Execute preventive maintenance on critical mechanical equipment including pumps, motors, chillers, and boilers while maintaining detailed inspection records
Interface professionally with tenants, contractors, and regulatory officials while maintaining JLL's high standards of customer service
Respond promptly to fire system alarms, troubleshoot malfunctions, and coordinate effectively with fire safety vendors and regulatory inspectors
Participate in emergency response procedures and after-hours on-call rotation to ensure continuous building operations coverage
Conduct routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, emergency lighting, and fire suppression equipment per NFPA codes and local requirements
Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and building automation controls to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency
