Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Special Projects Program, aligning with regional and national business goals.
Manage full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for transportation and heavy civil infrastructure projects.

Proven regional or executive‑level leadership in civil engineering, geotechnical, or construction materials testing, especially on transportation and heavy civil consulting programs.
