Lead Construction Management efforts during major storm restoration and emergency failures as requested.
Assist with coordinating material and equipment receipts, ensuring proper inventory, storage, and handling in alignment with engineering specifications.
Support risk identification and mitigation planning related to safety, schedules, budgets, materials, and contractor workforce.
Coordinate with Safety Advisors and Environmental teams to ensure safe work practices and proactive environmental compliance throughout construction activities.
Utilize technical tools and mobile applications including Microsoft 365 suite, PDF editors, and Smartsheet to support field operations and documentation.
Facilitate delivery logistics between contractors and Supply Chain to support project needs and maintain schedule integrity.
Review and interpret comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, site and civil drawings, manufacturer and electrical diagrams, geotechnical reports, concrete test results, engineering requirements, and closeout materials to ensure construction activities align with design intent and quality standards.
Act as a liaison between Telecommunication Site and Tower Construction Management and internal business groups including Telecom Field Services, Project Management, and Telecom Engineering.
Review and enforce contractor safety documentation including health plans, lift plans, rigging plans, construction plans, and methods of procedure to ensure crew compliance.
Mentor and provide leadership to less experienced Telecom Field Construction Representatives; contribute to the development and delivery of Construction Management’s Core Block Training.
Represent Telecommunication Site and Tower Construction Management in key project meetings such as kick-offs, engineering scoping, pre-bid, pre-construction, Planning for Safety, and monthly updates.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Telecommunication Site and Tower Construction, providing technical guidance and leadership across master-level project portfolios.

Experience in civil construction, including site grading, trenching, and underground utility installation, is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management science with emphasis on project/construction management or bachelor’s degree in construction technology, Electrical or Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related technology field with a minimum of 6 years of project/construction management work experience
Experience in telecommunication tower erection and antenna system installation, including structural assembly and alignment, is preferred.
OR an associate degree in Construction Management Technology, Project Management, Electrical or Civil Engineering, or related technology field with 8 years’ work experience in the electric industry, or project/construction management/oversight
Experience working with cranes, rigging operations, and large heavy equipment in active construction environments is preferred.
Experience in concrete construction, including forming, pouring, finishing, and testing procedures, is preferred.
OR High School graduate or equivalent with 10 years related experience in electric industry or project management/oversight
