- Perform services in a timely and professional manner.
- Meet with homeowners or property managers to confirm service details
- Track and maintain tool inventory and alert team lead when replacements are needed
- Receive offer letter and meet the owner within 7 days
- Commission for new business (booking future services or multi-property packages)
- Identify equipment issues and troubleshoot hoses, pumps, ladders, and sprayers
- Direct track to becoming a Lead Property Maintenance Technician.
- Commission for upselling additional property services (like window washing or gutter guard installs)
- Start your day by prepping and cleaning your HomeSmiles service van, restocking tools and equipment
- Use your mobile tablet to check your route and scheduled appointments

- Dryer Vent Cleaning (Fire Prevention and Efficiency)
- Power Washing / Pressure Washing (Walkways, Siding, Decks, Driveways)
- Experience in operating pressure washing systems, installing gutter systems, inspecting HVAC or tank/tankless water heaters and minor plumbing/electrical tasks.
- Window Washing (Exterior/Interior Glass, Frame Detailing, Hard Water Removal)
- Prior experience in sales, door-to-door canvassing, or customer-facing service roles with proven ability to upsell.
- OSHA or trade certifications are a plus.
- Phone interview scheduled within 24 hours
