Behavioural Attributes
This is a hands-on, immersive role for someone who thrives at the intersection of execution and strategy — translating complex, project-driven talent needs into timely, high-quality hiring outcomes. The role requires strong discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to actively partner with senior stakeholders across geographies.
IPE Global is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition leader to own and drive hiring as a core organisational capability, deeply embedded across projects, practices, and leadership teams.
This role requires a high level of ownership and immersion. Candidates looking for a purely advisory or coordination-focused role may not find this a fit.
- Demonstrated experience hiring across multiple role types — core, program, project, and leadership positions.
- Ability to operate across ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-oriented.
- Strong end-to-end recruitment execution skills with a clear sense of ownership.
- Proven ability to work closely with senior leaders and complex stakeholders.
- Experience working with senior leadership and complex stakeholder groups, including cross-functional and multi-geography teams.
- Strong execution discipline and comfort working hands-on.
- Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Management, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, hiring workflows, and recruitment governance frameworks.
- High attention to detail, follow-through, and ownership mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.
- Strong analytical skills to track hiring metrics, identify risks, and suggest course correction.
- Experience in consulting, development sector, or project-driven organisations.
- Ability to translate project and business needs into practical workforce plans.
- Proficiency in working with ATS tools and recruitment dashboards.
- Resilient, dependable, and accountable in delivery.
- Exposure to diverse sectors, projects, and global geographies
- Comfortable getting into the details rather than operating at arm’s length.
- Strong documentation skills — SOPs, trackers, hiring notes, and approvals.
- 10–12+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition and workforce planning roles.
- Prior exposure to consulting, development sector, or project-driven organisations is strongly preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High attention to detail, follow-through, and task closure discipline.
- Ability to design and improve recruitment processes for consistency and scale.
- 10 –12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Workforce Planning.
- Strong ethical orientation and respect for organisational protocols.
Benefits
- Comfort balancing short-term delivery pressures with longer-term capability building.
- Opportunity to shape TA as a strategic, organisation-wide capability
