The Production team is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all manufacturing and assembly activities within the fabrication facilities. They ensure bespoke mechanical and electrical components are produced efficiently, meet the highest quality standards, and are delivered on schedule. Close collaboration with design and project teams allows streamlined workflows and supports timely project delivery.
The Surface Finish Supervisor leads and develops the paint and shot blasting teams to deliver high-quality work safely, on time, and according to plan. The role emphasizes people management, team building, daily planning, workflow control, and meeting production deadlines while upholding health and safety, quality, and housekeeping standards. Acting as a bridge between production management and shop-floor staff, the supervisor ensures clear communication, a strong performance culture, and continuous improvement.
The supervisor will lead the paint and blast teams, manage attendance, performance, training and development, and allocate workloads to meet production schedules. They will ensure resources, materials and equipment are available, maintain quality and right‑first‑time practices, and uphold 5S and housekeeping standards. Health, safety and compliance are maintained through risk assessments, audits, incident investigations and safe work practices, while continuous improvement is driven via lean initiatives and efficiency projects.
