

MBK Senior Living operates senior living communities offering care and services to residents.
The caregiver role is scheduled for Sunday and Monday mornings (6:30 am‑2:30 pm) with an hourly pay range of $21.50‑$22.50, and involves assisting residents with daily living activities while maintaining their dignity, safety, and confidentiality in accordance with all policies and regulations.
Core duties include responding promptly to resident needs, following care plans, providing personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene), assisting with meals and transportation, conducting safety checks, encouraging participation in enriching activities, documenting conditions and incidents, and reacting to alerts or emergencies.
Caregivers are also expected to present a professional image, communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, manage time efficiently, and uphold MBK core values while complying with company policies and any additional duties assigned by supervisory staff.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, have a current first‑aid certification, and preferably possess Nurse Aide certification and prior caregiving experience; they must pass background checks, health screenings, and meet all state regulatory requirements, including the ability to lift 40+ lb and perform mobility‑related tasks.
