The Senior Substation Design Engineer will join Olsson’s Transmission and Substation team to design and deliver advanced electrical infrastructure. The role covers the full project lifecycle—from feasibility studies and planning through design, construction administration, and commissioning—ensuring durable and efficient power delivery. The engineer will lead significant projects, engage directly with clients, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to meet evolving energy needs.
Successful candidates are collaborative, take ownership, and are driven to positively affect communities. They must possess strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills, hold a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, be a licensed Professional Engineer, and have at least eight years of progressively responsible engineering experience.
