Tasks

-Leading contract management initiatives. -Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers. -Managing tender processes, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations. -Developing and maintaining supplier contracts. -Supporting implementation of centre-led category strategies. -Identifying and qualifying local and regional suppliers. -Coaching and mentoring junior team members. -Conducting market research and supply base analysis. -Leading sourcing strategies and procurement activities. -Collaborating with central supply chain teams to align regional and organisational goals.

What You Bring

-MCIPS (or equivalent) qualification or working towards - desirable -Full UK car driving licence -Strong understanding of supply chain practices including category spend analysis and supplier management -Strong project management and data analysis capabilities -Degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Engineering, or similar - desirable -Demonstrated ability to lead sourcing activities and deliver results -Proven experience in strategic sourcing or supply chain roles
